Here is a little preview of just some of the varied works found along High Street Northcote for the annual Northern Exposure Festival .Since the opening on Friday night; it has been a hub
of arty activity; from High Views in shop windows to small works, which are more of the ephemeral kind-including paste-ups, installations and other brilliant little offerings.
